This is the supposed 'bomb'.
Observations:
This setup screams "Look at me! I'm a DEADLY BOMB!", not so much that it was an actual attempt to bomb someone.
I'm surprised they didn't tape a few road flares together, and send it with an old ticking windup alarm clock.

Beyond that, you don’t even use timers and wires for a mail-bomb. Nor do you use a pipe. That’s just stupid. Unless the recipient just ordered a piece of pipe off eBay, they are going to be suspicious from the start.
I’m not gonna spread techniques for real mail bombs, but none of that are it. These were designed by (as this whole thread points out) people who’s only experience with bombs is cartoons and video games... I reckon that your average deplorable redneck conservative could do a more convincing fake. and if it was a real bomber, people would be missing fingers, and faces, not running for a CNN/MSNBC/CBS/ABC camera or an NYT / WaPo / USA today reporter.

Hannity had some woman from the DNC on a few days ago, and she was proclaiming that all the real violence comes from the right, that the left just expresses themselves through helpful communications.
I reckon that was the first step in a wide false flag campaign, a last ditch effort to re-start the ´blue wave´.
