Meet Bartolo Fuentes, the Honduran ex-lawmaker who helped launch the 7,000-strong caravan marching toward the United States on a promise he says he never made.
In September, Fuentes began coordinating with groups dispersed throughout Honduras seeking to make the trek north.
The initial number of people involved was about 200.
No one expected this human avalanche, Fuentes told the Daily Beast in an interview published Tuesday.

They never expect their consequences.
Arrest him and make him as example
no no no, take all his wealth and give it to the wanna be immigrants just to get even
I like your approach to this.
...breaking another countries law never entered his mind....as a politician were suppose to believe him
...and STILL the Democrats REFUSE to tell them to turn back.
Perhaps he’ll give us the names of the US liberal socialist “activists” who organized this invasion....
“...and STILL the Democrats REFUSE to tell them to turn back.”
The Democrats see this as a lose/lose for Trump. If he fails to stop the invasion, he has broken a campaign promise. If he stops it, it will require force and no matter how gentle that force is, the media will make him look like Genghis Kahn pouring molten silver into the mouths of babies. This is considered a win/win for the Democrats. However, I suspect this will be another dampener for The Blue Wave(TM). Much like the Kavanaugh debacle, a horde flooding over the border will play badly even with many Democrats. I suspect that however it works out, next congress will fund Trump’s wall.
What changed everything was a TV report on HCH a Honduran news channel.
A woman reportedly part of the caravan told TV anchors of Fuentes efforts, and she mentioned assistance. The anchors then supposedly said Fuentes would pay migrants food and transportation costs which he denied in an interview.
Still, thousands took a chance, since a human-smuggling coyote charges upwards of $7,000 to take someone across the US border.
Remember Noriega in Panama? This guy should get the same treatment.
Absolutely. Any critical thinker knows it doesn’t stop at this guy. I’m thinking the globalist/leftist cabal is trying to disassociate the Democrat party from this midterm election killer.
Fuentes needs to be made a hard lesson to those who would lead an invasion. After he is interrogated to obtain all of those who are backing the columns, he needs to disappear.
The SEALS should do to him what they did to Osama.
It’s not a caravan, and they are not migrants.
Bingo...very early on when this caravan was started there was a story about American “activists’ assisting...or I should say “organizing” the event.
I’m not buyin’ this. No way this Bartolo Fuentes has been working alone. I’ll bet Fuentes is just the front man and this whole invasion is bought and paid for with Soros and DNC connected resources. Heck maybe even Clinton money, or Steyer money.
What one issue did Democrats use to drive down Trumps favorable? The separating children from mothers nonsense that Obama did as well. And now, lo and behold, we have a massive invasion planned weeks before the mid-term elections to create a border crisis.
No way this has not been choreographed.
Their efforts have inspired others to form caravans and flee Honduras, including one group with roughly 1,000 people.
Traveling in a group is cheaper and its safer, said Yareli Guillen, a 19-year-old migrant from San Pedro Sula in the new group. Everything is in Gods hands. If it doesnt work, Ill be right back to where I am now.
Fuentes had been traveling with the larger caravan from Honduras, but was detained when the migrants reached Guatemala and was deported.
This is a battle, Fuentes said, between the government and the ones who want to fight for the truth and for a better country that people can live in.
Follow the money. This guy is a politician. Probably a buddy of Soros. He’s not doing this for his health. How much has Soros, et all paid him to scour that country and organize an invasion force of thousands?
