Oh yeah he surprised me alright!
YARK!
Yeah, at least it wasn’t the CLEAN laundry!
He has such a funny personality sometimes.

I am trying to bond a little more with him.
He doesn’t like to be picked up, and I can respect that.
Some cats just don’t.
But he does try to nip you if you pick him up, and that I won’t put up with,
Cat bites are NASTY.

He understands the words”’NO BITE!”
he will stop biting, but looks really PO’d and his tail just whips around.
There will be times when I MUST pick him up, and he will be going to the groomers soon.
Any ideas how to solve this problem?

Not a pleasant surprise for sure! ergh!
Fortunately we don’t have mice in the house because the outside kittehs get ‘em, so any “presents” are on left the back porch. Not pleasant but at least we expect to find them there.

The only “presents” in the house are hairballs. LOL

Any cats we’ve had that liked to bite, I’ve thumped them on the nose with my finger and said “NO!” It’s worked so far.
A couple still tried every now and then but turned their heads right away. They knew what was coming.
They’re like little kids. Always pushing to see what they can get away with. *sigh*
