There is plenty of money in Venezuela. It’s all hoarded by the crooks in charge. Just like any other communist country.

I think it is more likely that funding is being funneled into this via Venezuela. this is a real good way for those responsible to hide the fact that it is there money....I figure that it is china or soros that is doing it
Iran has the most to gain if DJT loses the House and Senate because of the invading hordes. Iran has strong ties and maybe even a base of some sort in Venezuela

Like most socialist paradises, the big money goes into the elite leaders’ pockets (Swiss banks) and the people kill each other for a loaf of bread in a looted grocery store. The Venezuelan oil money may go to “good causes” like undermining America.
