Cuz everybody knows that black people are too stupid to have IDs even if they are free and hand delivered. Furthermore, the few that are smart enough to have one are too intimidated to vote because they are terrified somebody may find out they stole it. (Do I really need the /s tag, since this is what dems seem to believe)
Are black folks intimidated to buy beer or cigarettes?
Is this why Blacks don’t smoke or drink and are so healthy?
