Even long, long, long ago, in Manhattan, when he was just a businessman, he really HATED the stupid "SOCIETY SCENE"! But Ivana LOVED it and dragged him off to places and things he didn't want to be at ( especially STUDIO 54 ) and would leave as early as he could manage; it bored him!
I imagine it would be pretty hard to have fun at Studio 54 if you are stone cold sober!
