We need a Berlin Airlift operation (in reverse) to take thee folks from Northern Mexico back to whatever countries they are citizens of. Set up a massive encampment in Northern Mexico and systematically process these folk and get them home. Do not let them set one foot in the US, or immigration activists will obtain injunctions which will mean, practically, they never leave. Give them food, shelter and health care for several days, clean laundry and $25 each and fly them back.

Fit out an old cargo ship with hammocks and bunks. Transport the lot to Tierra del Fuego and dump 'em. It's a lot longer walk back!
