Communism was always driven by the self-described “intellectuals”, and the common people have always been considered cannon fodder for these fanatics.
The “Common People” just acquiesce all THOUGHT and SELF to the intellectuals, the government and its leaders.
Back in the early to mid 1990’s I would interview college grads for stockbroker jobs. Well over 90% would ask about “Training”, “Do you have a Training program?”. And I’m like WTF?, Training? What’s wrong with you? Nobody is going to hold your hand and walk you step by step here. It’s trial by fire, and you either figure this out or you will quit.
