Trump rallies usually run late. Wouldn’t be surprised if it begins past the posted time.
depends what you look at, when I looked at tickets for an event on his website the time was same as time he did arrive and start greeting audience within just a few minutes.
Anyway I’d rather he appear late and be sure security has been thorough than on time and any mishap.
