In WWII, the beast that was, and is not, did not appear at that time.
Hitler was awful...but he was human, however much filled by a demonic spirit as time went on.
This time is different.
First of all, time is getting short. Powerful inventions are threatening to create an entire new creature...a chimera of man and machine. And scientists are trying desperately to extent man's life...dramatically...i.e. scientist are finding the Tree of Life.
The beast that was, and is not...is about to ascend out of the pit.
I can't imagine what form he will take, but I think he will possess a man.
Any man would do, but the beast is looking for a man he really likes (for the job).
That man will be the AC.
