It's been discovered that effective, consistent adherence to PrEP is very rare in the homo "community." PrEP/Truvada is a once a day pill which should be easy enough to remember. It's not like the drug cocktails used to treat HIV or when you're on two antibiotics and you struggle to keep track where you are on the 2x & 3x a day doses.

The homosexual "community" has not matured and that's, in part, by design of its overseers for political control. We've seen in the culture wars the heterosexual community has devolved likewise into a moral mess of hookups, deception and lies over time.
