Without evidence, Rep. Joaquin Castro (D-TX), a member of the House intelligence committee, said Jared Kushner might have passed a “hit list” to Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman resulting in the apparent brutal slaying of Washington Post journalist Jamal Khashoggi. Castro, during a CNN appearance Friday morning, cited unspecified “reporting that Jared Kushner may have, with U.S. intelligence, delivered a hit list, an enemies list, to the crown prince, to MBS, in Saudi Arabia and that the prince may have acted on that, and one of the people he took action against is Mr. Khashoggi.”

Since this was on a CNN interview and not in debate in Congress, Castro is not protected by the Constitutional privilege from arrest.

I’m pretty well convinced that when Hillary lost, the Democrats plans to join the EU in a “Global Government” went down in flames and rather than wait 4 to 8 years for another chance at that they are will to risk a civil war in order to bring Pres. Trump down and somehow sweep Hillary into the White House.

I think I would sue him. People like him try for political advantage with statements like that. He deserves punishment for doing that.
There were several times during the hearing when Feinstein's facial expression seemed to indicate that she was dismayed at times (briefly) about what her party had evolved into.
