President Donald Trump was more instrumental than previously known in scrapping plans to move the FBI headquarters out of Washington to the DC suburbs, according to newly released internal government emails.

Now move them to Fargo.
Trump should announce that all federal agencies will begin being moved to mid-sized towns in the American heartland, places like Lincoln, Nebraska, Little Rock, Arkansas, Des Moines, Iowa, etc.. Once an agency moves, with moving expense packages given to employees that want to stay, cut salaries down by 30% to account for the reduced living expenses in those cities. Then, sell the federal buildings in DC to pay for it all or convert them to military barracks and training facilities.
CNN wants to imply that Trump violated laws.
That kind of thing is a prerogative of the President.
According to the GSA building a new building on the current site is the more expensive solution.
This was already discredited by the FBI IG. They took the emails out of context and other information as well.
