I still have yet to figure it out, but I think the “Neocons” think that America runs around the world “Projecting Power” everywhere, with its shorts hanging down around the ankles, takin’ it from the same Global Interests.

I suspect that these Global Interests are the “Neocon’s” financial interests.

So, they’re the militant wing of the Cheap Labor Express.

We used to be ashamed, or at least embarrassed, to be seen as arms merchant to the world. It didn’t quite sit with our vision of ourselves. And American presidents, as representatives of a nation with a certain moral stature, didn’t use to declare that our world stands are heavily influenced by arms contracts.
