Thank for your kind words, DC.
During the Afghan and Iraq Wars, the DC Chapter of FR was volunteering at Walter Reed every weekend. One of our dear (now departed) members who lived in New Jersey used to stop by Tony Luke's in South Philly on the way down, having pre-ordered fifty cheesesteaks, and bring them foil-wrapped to the ambulatory wounded, a 2.5 hour trip from the Philly stop, mimimum. Those of us who wanted to chip in could also pre-order one for ourselves. What a treat! They kept well even on that trip, because the Italians make their bread and rolls with olive oil in the ingredients.
