Are we again/yet/still talking about the color of a person’s skin? racist.. is that black on white or white on black? If 63 out of 64 great great great great grandparents are white, YOU ARE WHITE. If you try to use that 64th grandparent to game the system, you are a fraud. The system (and we can debate whether we need an affirmative action system in the first place), is designed to promote members of 'disadvantaged' minorities.
