If a college eliminates gender requirements for all sports, will that violate Title IX? One basketball team, one field hockey team one gymnastics team, etc.

They've definitely tied themselves in knots with this one. I think we'll first see more and more so-called transgender guys trying out for women's sports teams. And if that's allowed to persist, fewer and fewer actual females will be able to make the teams.
I doubt it'll get to one sports team for each sport. Title IX was written under the assumption that there are two different genders, before all the transgender nonsense became commonplace.
The libs will have to make some tough, unpalatable choices at some point. They can't have this one both ways: true women's sports and transgender choice and equality in all things.
