Re Judge’s limited ruling: Daniels’ other claims against Trump and Cohen proceed unaffected. Trump’s contrary claims are as deceptive as his claims about the inauguration attendance.
We will appeal the dismissal of the defamation cause of action and are confident in a reversal.

Avenatti is going to “appeal” a case that’s been dismissed?
Good luck with that. Dismissed means dismissed - as in, this case no longer exists. The “other claims” Avenatti makes in his so-called suit are all tied to the defamation. Nothing else matters.
But let the fool file his fees. It will be fun to watch him smacked down once again.

A judge rarely gets reversed on appeal. They know the law.
As long as whoever pays Avenatti continues and he has a law license he can continue to file. Even if these actions fail he is flinging scat at President Trump which is probably the intent of his backer/s.
Of course, he's assuming his law license lasts that long. But I doubt that little tidbit stopped the manic screaming coming over the phone from Ms. stripper, who's now defending herself against half a dozen other lawsuits - and who needed this one as a foundation.
