The relationship between Clinton and Lewinsky met the very definition of sexual harassment and a hostile workplace as defined by the feminists who decried the misdeeds of Senator Packwood. If you recall, the argument was that regardless of whether the subordinate was willing or not, the uneven power of the participants precluded any such liaison between them. Furthermore, getting sexual favors from an underling would put pressure on others to do the same or be passed over for advancement.

The radical feminists absolutely tossed their hatred of men aside to absolve Billy Jeff.

Yes, yes they did. And I must say it did not pass unnoticed at the time.

But, the economy was good, Bill Clinton was a sunny faced fellow (who did not act like he hated America), so the people were against impeachment. They/we were, that is why it failed, but I would still say it was good that he WAS impeached.

But why on earth anyone think this all equates to his betrayed wife becoming POTUS is beyond me!
