Nor does it mean Kavenaugh is not a constitutionalist.

This is one reason why I never bought into this “ conservative “ thought or opinion that engulfed the Republican Party much the same as the neo-con new world order free trade crowd.

Justice Kavanaugh is very clear that in most instances the Congress should change laws. The Congress is a closer representation of the people’s will.

Thank you for that view. I have just about as much problem with legal tyrany from the old hard core conservative right as I do from the left. Our individual liberty is at risk from both sides.

So "liberal court" creates awful precedence out of their rectums and slaps down laws passed by Congress that challenge precedence, you, "Oh, well".

"Conservatives" want Justices that eradicate those precedence, you, "How dare they, listen to Jefferson...". Who are you trying to fool?

I agree. If Congress wanted to they could change abortion and legislate that courts can’t do anything about it
