I’m not sure I buy that.
That’s the way they’re set up. I had
a secret clearance. I got let go by
a military contractor. I didn’t use
or need the clearance in the contract
jobs that followed, and after 10 years
it expired. I can re-apply should I
gain employment where a clearance is
needed. Hillary can also.
