FORT WORTH (CBSDFW.COM) Four women are facing felony charges, accused of being part of what Attorney General Ken Paxtons office called an organized voter fraud ring in Fort Worth.
The voter fraud charges involve mail-in ballots sent in ahead of the 2016 primary election in Texas. Paxtons office said the case targeted elderly voters on the north side of Fort Worth.

Trying, but hard to get the lying media to put out the truth.
how do you know that your vote actually was not intercepted in the mail...you do not....there is a lot of trust you are giving when the ballot is allowed to change hands on the way to being counted... as far as I am concerned voting that happens using the mail system have to many problems votes that happen over seas using foreign mail systems are even less to be trusted.
Did the nursing home lobby/Democrats throw out any numbers of HOW MANY voters would be affected? That would clue us in on the magnitude of the fraud. This is low hanging fruit for fraudsters.
For your information there is such a thing as registered mail with confirmation. Since I spent over a quarter century overseas, I am certain I know a lot more about foreign services than you do. Next time you talk o a stranger as if she is some child-like dummy, be careful you do not wind up badly beaten.
still over seas and rift with the possibility of fraud....I believe that any ballot overseas is a problem unless it is coming from a military base or from a embassy . there is really not very much that can convince me otherwise...just because voting as an absentee ballot is convenient does not make it good....I also have problems with electronic voting and anything that gets rid of oversight on ballots being cast... if I had my way elections would be over a one period with a national voting Id card. anyone who is absent there state could drop off a ballot that was not a secret ballot at a court house absent that they don’t get to vote. unless it is military or anyone serving in a embassy.
You cannot have your way, Thank God! Thousands of Americans are out of the country on extended visit, business, or vacations when voting time comes around. If one cares enough about voting rights one can always call the American Embassy in the country you are in well ahead of voting day and receive an absentee ballot. in the case I mentioned, I called the Republican Party in Paris and received my ballot by overnight courrier. You can check with your registrar at home to assure that your vote was received. In Florida it is easy to do. One year I returned home earlier than expected and when I went to vote, they checked with the registrar’s office because their information at the voting place showed that I had been sent an absentee ballot to France. It took a few minutes for them to check that I had not mailed in the absentee ballot and then I was given my ballot to vote locally. There ARE checks on voting. Believe it or not.
The Dems in NY used a dirty trick against Giuliani in 1993. They bussed mentally challenged people from their group homes and they would “help” them vote.
