the checkers claim it was from a album of the FMLN another Marxist group that was active in El Salvador. I don’t think anyone credibly denies that Che did things like that, just that this photo appears to be of another Marxist following in his footsteps
Agree on being skeptical though, and I always try to find multiple sources.
I’m not denying that it might not be Che (try to get such an honest admission as that out of a leftist!). But I’m not familiar with the organizations in question (are they more reliable than Snopes, do they have an agenda, etc?), who put together the album in question, etc. Are they all a bunch of leftists? Is so, I spit on their efforts to mislead us, lol!
