“lost”....
Hillary was shopping at a Wal Mart clearance bin for vinyl tablecloths to wear as dresses.
She set the clearance document down for just a second and a shoeless, really obese woman in a tank top and leggings swiped it. She ran out to a rusted out van with no muffler and got away.
Based on the many usual Wal Mart shoppers in and around the store fitting that description, the police say they have no suspects.

I’d guess it died the natural death of exceeding the 5-year allowable gap between background investigations (for TS - it’s 10 years for Secret and below and normally the clearance stays viable at the lower level once the 5 year gap occurs)....
