Tasting glue - presumably Elmer’s glue - is probably something that a lot of school kids tried. That’s the kind of stuff that little kids do, along with spit balls, shooting rubber bands, chewing on paper, and a lot of other goofy stuff. It’s shameless for a retired teacher to use something like that to mock someone as an adult out of political spite.

We all ate the white school glue in the lower grades. It was made of flour and water and tasted yuckie but we were stupid little kids of all colors who found it amusing for some bizarre reason.

Why is this woman still teaching at 72? It's insane that these people just keep locking up teaching positions while racking up higher pensions. This is one of the reasons my son quit pursuing a career as a teacher. He was hired in to a position an oldtimer was retiring from, it was in a good school in a good neighborhood, for two weeks he was happy and the kids loved him..............then the retiree decided she wanted a bigger pension, the district took her back in her old position and my son was moved to the crappiest school in the district. After one year he decided no more, it was too caustic for a young male in career dominated by old abusive women.
