Time will tell.

The problem I fear is demographics.

The Millenial generation appears to have bought into Socialism hook, line and sinker. And unlike previous generations they are clinging to those views as they move into their 30's. If something drastic does not happen the slow, steady march of FReepers to the grave will eventually leave them in control of this country.

This is why I moved from Seattle to a farm in south central Kentucky in 2011. The good news is that homeschooling, social media, the internet in general, etc. are undoing the indoctrination of public schools. I understand the generation coming out of public school right now are far more conservative than their older brothers and sisters.

And, of course, ultimately, this life is a mist. Here today and gone tomorrow. One gets wrapped up in its cares at their own peril.
