Trump IS THE EXECUTIVE. He HAS THE AUTHORITY to enforce immigration law AS HE SEES FIT.
The next bozo who sticks there nose into this is getting disciplinary sanctions.
THAT is what needs to happen.
What’s needed is a decision or legislation that courts below the Supreme Court have no authority to decide the constitutionality of presidential orders.
