Enough Republicans still believe in the Constitution to prevent Haley, Jindal, Cruz, George P. Bush or Rubio from usurping the office.
Republicans couldn't prevent Obama from serving two full terms - they certainly aren't going to prevent a Republican from doing so. It'll be up to voters to decide if the folks you listed above ever become POTUS, not the federal courts. This is a dead issue.

Republicans can nominate one, but they will lose.
