The children of foreign nationals inherit the nationality of their parents.
Haley was born an Indian national.
Rubio was born a Cuban national.
After 8 years of Obama, this issue is dead, except as a discussion point in forums. If Haley or Rubio never become POTUS, it won't be because of this issue.

Enough Republicans still believe in the Constitution to prevent Haley, Jindal, Cruz, George P. Bush or Rubio from usurping the office.
