In truth they were thoroughly investigated and during that investigation Bill Clinton lied and committed perjury which led to the articles of impeachment that passed congress and ended with a 50/50 tie in the senate when voted upon.
Of course, Hillary fails to mention that during her interviews... She just remembers that Bill managed to avoid being removed from office, but it was probably for the best anyways... If he had been removed then Al Gore would have ascended to the Presidency.... That’s the real reason why they didn’t vote against him in the Senate. They knew Al Gore was more of lunatic than Bill Clinton could ever be.

Actually the real charges where the treasonous dealings Bill had with the Chinese PLA - US secrets for campaign cash - but no one wanted to look at the mountain of evidence, so they compromised on the sex charges.
Al Gore was in just as deep as Bill and just as treasonous - he too would have been removed has Bill been charged as he should have been.
