I wonder if one of the NDBC’s weather stations in Panama City got knock out by the storm. Or

Look at the wind chart. It went from gusting to 93 kts to reporting a 0.

ABC is showing what it is like on the ground in Panama City. A roof just fell on some SUVs and the wind is unbelievable.
