I just looked up South Dakota’s voter registration law and form. This article is lying. There is nothing there that prevents a person from using a p.o. address, such as a rural address would have. Just another democrat stunt to try to allow illegals to vote.

My understanding is that tribal residents can still provide other documents to vote.

The Democrats were trying to pull a fast one and get the exception for a PO Box to be applied statewide.
