If the police need full auto. WE need full auto. Maybe not full rock n roll which is wildly inaccurate unless using a bipod, but being able to select 3 round burst would be nice. Wonder if a burst mode would require same licensing as full auto ?

According to Title 10 of Federal Law, civilians are *those persons not under the Uniform Code of Military Justice, or subject to the UCMJ.* Accordingly the police, despite what they frequently like to clame, are civilians like most everyone else not on active duty in the military. Accordingly, ban AR-15s or full-auto M16s for *civilians,* and they're banned for the civilian police as well.
