I just don’t get how they can say Az leans dem? Trump won AZ back in 2016 when again they were trying to say that Hillary might just turn AZ Blue....pollsters are either lying or projecting!
That district is Tucson, Berkeley of AZ.
Just because AZ voted for Trump in 2016 does not dictate how the state votes in 2018. Trump won AZ much more narrowly than he should have. AZ is slowly turning purple and each election has different dynamics.
Many honest pollsters (and, yes, there are honest ones) are simply unsure how to figure out the answers any more. We've reached the point where only a small fraction of those called will pick up the phone and answer questions. Pollsters can no longer even guess who still talks to them.
