I CALLED and I talked to the SUPERINTENDENT His name is Mark his number is 651-423-8226, he TOLD ME THAT "They have law enforcement involved AND WILL PROSECUTE TO THE FULL EXTENT OF THE LAW" this man even told me "BLESS YOU" .

Fair enough, but what does the school have to do with criminal prosecution?

It sounds like the guy who wrote that (not me) said the Superintendent told him that law enforcement told him they will prosecute. It does sound a bit suspicious, though. What LE person would tell that to an unknown caller?
