The system is clearly broken, IMO. I agree it needs to be fixed.

A good example is Leftist churches. They maintain a tax free status, but flaunt the political non-participation requirements and have so for years.

WE don’t flaunt that law, but THEY sure do.

Stopping tax benefits for nonprofits/charitable organizations won't hurt Churches. If the Church offers what they should be offering, they'll receive donations from their flocks.

But stopping the non-profit tax scam WILL hurt the Tides Foundation, the Clinton Foundation, George Soros and Sons... etc etc etc... AND it will benefit all taxpayers if the 'elites' have to pay for their own parties and political coercion.

The change stops 'legal corruption' tax scams used by 'elites' to force middle-class citizens to subsidize their extravagant parties ... from the local Museum Clubs to the National Correspondents 'dinner'... 'Elites' donate a pittance to a 'cause' then write off millions for themselves and their patrons...It's time for a change - the rich can afford to pay for their own parties...
