But, instead she (and her staff) took the time and put in the work to write and deliver a very detailed, comprehensive speech which was very well delivered - and will go a long way toward removing any cloud of uncertainty that may linger from Kavanaugh. Churchillian? No, won’t compare to Churchill’s “we will fight them on the beaches, in the fields” speech but an excellent speech and timely for sure.
