Hero has been thrown around with less meaning these days, case in point that got my blood boiling but take it from where it comes. The ABC today show commentator robin what ever her name is touted a basketball player she was about to interview for coming out gay as a hero and said it numerous times during the interview. This is the other end of the despicable agenda pushed by the left. To me a hero is one who puts him or her self in danger or sacrifices his or her life for another, period end of story.
