Someone please explain Deep State.

I would define the Deep State as the Liberals who embedded themselves in the government and work to undermine the voting public in favor of their own political desires.

Currently, this would include many Obama staffers who finagled appointments to permanent slots in the bureaucracy and work to undermine Trump and those who elected him.

They consider themselves the permanent political elite inside the bureaucratic machine.
