This, so so much this!!! McConnell and Grassley pushing it through. Lindsay and Collins bearing up under enormous pressure. Wow, just wow. I do think that they have finally seen that we want a fight! A year ago at least 3 of them would have withered and called for Kavanuagh to step down and given a speech about how we can’t be perceived as the anti woman party. This attack would have worked with anyone else in office.
I have to say, I’m sincerely impressed.

I was thinking, too, that if it had been any less orchestrated and over the top - that, too, may not have been enough to make them see the real deal (what we FReepers have known for years).
