My guess is that he will never suffer any consequences for this at all ... unless somebody posts his personal information on every dark web, far right wing, KKK, alt-right, neon-nazi website out there. Hypothetically. That would be a shame. It’s not like he’s actually going to go to jail, ever.
Arrest him after 5pm Friday. Put him in dc jail till his appearance Monday AM.
He’s in jail right now and has a hearing on Tuesday. No release at least till that hearing.
This is serious stuff. If he doesn’t get his tallywhacker slapped real good; it sends the message it’s okay to do this. I think he will get a couple of years then do 9 months or so then get out for good behavior. Chances are we won’t hear about him again but he could get hired by the Soros machine to do unsavory work for them. It’s not like he will have a lot of options.
Once it works its way through the system, he’ll get a $500 fine payable at the counter downstairs and thirty hours picking up trash along a highway.
