Agreed! I found Ballsy-Ford's fry much more annoying than the uptalking.

And it has spread beyond the female of the species. There’s a radio commercial here in SoCal that features a young male using vocal fry, evidently because he thinks it makes him sound mature. It makes him sound like an idiot.
