It’s kind of sad that most justices are that polarized, actually. Some issues / cases should really be judged from a nonpartisan position.
Ex Obamacare. The judges who voted for it obviously had to IGNORE the one thing they are to base their decision upon, the Constitution.

Hi Yaelle, you know I was very worried about Kavanaugh possibly being a swing vote (having full Bush backing, and GOP-e ect.) HOWEVER I am no longer worried, if the Dems have succeeded at anything with this nominee it would be CREATING a VERY CONSERVATIVE Justice after everything these BASTARDS have put this man and his family through you can bet he WON’T be a swing vote EVER!!! REVENGE will be SO SWEET!!!!!
