Obamas little liar....she might have a shot in Maine!!!
She only has a shot in the 1st Congressional District....20% of the state, including the greater Portland, Maine area, which is liberal and known as “North Massachusetts.”
Apparently Rice has a summer home here in Maine.
In other words, she spends a number of weekends here in July and August.
