I didn’t like it when the Trib pulled this with Jack Ryan; I don’t like it now. There has to be a better reason to unseal than, newspapers want it. If it is pertinent to new charges, that would be different.
Thing is, it’s the Star Tribune requesting the unsealing of the documents.
They don’t come any more far left than the Strib.
It is arguably pertinent to new charges. Much more so than with Paul Ryan. (My name memory sucks, so may be wrong name.)
