Don’t be surprised if Murkowski votes yes. That way she can say she voted for him. Also don’t be surprised if WVa senator votes against note that he can campaign that he voted for the Kavanaugh.

Yes - Collins and Murkowski will not vote for Amy Barrett, though I think Trump is holding her for RBG’s seat to at least take the gender out of the direct attacks that will come. After the midterm and Republicans have a much more solid majority in the Senate she can be nominated.

That being said - what has happened to Kavenaugh will look like child’s play. Trump’s people need to get out in front on this one, they will attack Barrett, her husband, her parents, anyone with a close connection that they can assert she hasn’t distanced herself from. Her husband will especially be the one at risk.

It is not inconceivable that Trump will get at least two more shots, RBG can’t last too long, and in his second term Breyer will try to tough it out but he is already 80 years old. Thomas is 70 and could easily make it through the Trump era, but he may decide to retire while still young enough to actually enjoy a retirement while also enabling a much younger person to extend a conservative view for many decades.

All the Democrats and RINO traitors have accomplished with this is whipping up the Republican base like would not have seemed possible a month ago. Keeping it a nail biter until the bitter end is going to help our side immensely. The higher the drama the better. With all the interest that they have stirred up... if they manage to give Kavanaugh the thumbs down over this absolute nonsense, it will assure the largest Republican midterm turnout in decades if not ever.

It seems that the Republicans are not the only ones capable of snatching defeat from the jaws of victory.

We need to bombard her office with phone calls and emails to support Kavanaugh. She’s not even a Rino but a left wing stooge.

Now is the time for all good people to come to the aid of their party.

The interesting thing about Manchin's vote is that voting YES can not possibly hurt him. In West Virginia, President Trump is next to Jesus in popularity. Manchin's vote will reveal Manchin's handlers, and who he is beholden to. If Manchin votes NO, then it's obvious he is serving his Dem party masters, Schumer, Feinstein, Pelosi, and not the people of West Virginia.

So this is what we get when we vote for a female Senator? Just look at these two and those on the dem side, seriously, do these women realize the image they present?

They wonder why there is a glass ceiling, I think it is obvious.

Because no rats were ever elected by men.
Give me a break.
Don’t blame this on women.
There are just as many awful men.

Alito is only a couple of years younger than Thomas, but has over a decade less service on the Court. He will likely want to stay on until at least near the end of Trump’s second term so he will have a grater legacy of opinions. Thomas has made an impact for a long time already, and once freed from any inhibitions he may have while still sitting on the Court, he could provide a great commentary on the Court and politics of personal destruction by the Demoncrats.

She knows that should she vote No she will incure the never-ending hatred of the Trumpsters. Especially if the over all vote is Yes.

How does she benefit from voting No? She will vote Yes.
