No because the scum have made what ever they say as Senators protected from legal action.

I did not know that James Madison, Thomas Jefferson, Thomas Paine, John Adams, and the other members of the Constitution Convention of 1787 were "scum." FYI, Art I, §6, ¶1 of the United States Constitution provides as follows:

"The Senators and Representatives shall receive a Compensation for their Services, to be ascertained by Law, and paid out of the Treasury of the United States.6 They shall in all Cases, except Treason, Felony and Breach of the Peace, be privileged from Arrest during their Attendance at the Session of their respective Houses, and in going to and returning from the same; and for any Speech or Debate in either House, they shall not be questioned in any other Place." [Emphasis added.]

This provision, known as the "speech and debate clause," grants members of Congress both criminal and civil immunity for statements made during speeches and debates, no matter how egregious, false, or offensive the statement.
