My personal opinion is that Ford is a hateful, spiteful woman lying to push an ideological agenda - all while deluding herself and rationalizing that lying and destroying Kavanaugh’s life is OK, because it's for the greater good. His wife and children? Well, they are guilty of white privilege, right?

I agree that under some extreme circumstances it is morally right to defy the lawful actions of the state. Gandhi and German saboteurs in WWII come to mind.
