I have not heard either. But is important to note that the Department of Justice was not subpoenaed. Jeff Sessions was.

I copied from the Judiciary committee website (link), where they say DOJ was subpoenaed.
They have a link to the subpoena document itself (https://judiciary.house.gov/wp-content/uploads/2018/09/092718_Subpoena.pdf ), which is addressed to Attorney General Jeff Sessions himself.
I am not sure of the legal conventions or implications, but is a big deal if those documents were handed over today, or not.
Was just wondering about that. Nothing online that it happened.

Call me a conspiracy nut, but I’m beginning to think there is NO Jeff Sessions.
That's as reasonable of a hypothesis as anything else. The President orders documents to be declassified, followed by silence. Senator Grassley refers Kavanaugh accuser (of the fictitious boat incident) to Sessions for criminal investigation, followed by silence. House Judiciary Committee issues subpoenae to Justice Dept, followed by silence.
I think you could be right. There is no Jeff Sessions. If the President doesn't fire him after the midterms, I'm going to be convinced of it.
All the twitter Qooks were all atwitter last night about it.
I just have not seen a lick of coverage, on whether it happened or not.
They may just not be announcing it.
Sessions saw his shadow and climbed back down into his hole.
