“In Rochester, Randal Thom of Lakeville had the first spot in line, having arrived at 5 a.m. on Wednesday and camping out overnight. The 58-year-old said it was his 41st Trump rally — he started a group of die-hard fans who call themselves “front row Joes.” Wearing a cowboy hat with an American flag design, Thom said Trump would lead Republicans up and down the ballot to midterm election victories in November.
